A British national with over 15 years’ teaching and senior leadership experience, Kate Fuller has successfully guided children – and teaching teams - on life-changing learning journeys, from the UK and Malaysia to the US, and soon Dubai.
She joins the Kings’ School Nad Al Sheba family from the British International School of Houston (flagship of the Nord Anglia Education US group) where she was head of primary.
Fuller also spent a number of years in Kuala Lumpur as principal of the primary campus at the top-rated Alice Smith School, prior to which she held headships and strategic education consultant roles in the UK.
Passionate about providing children with an outstanding British international education, her reputation as an excellent change manager means she is well respected among her industry peers and parents, and a highly sought-after thought leader and educational authority.
Commenting on her appointment, she said: “Kings’ is a phenomenal educational group with a strong track record in excellence. Joining it will offer me new professional challenges as we plan to open the secondary phase at Kings’ School Nad Al Sheba, and raise the expectations even higher, building on the work of my predecessor, Darren Gale.
“My contribution will be a strong understanding of curriculum, learning and teaching, and professional development coupled with an excellent track record in raising achievement and attainment of students and staff.”
