Eerde International Boarding School proudly upholds its tradition of opening doors to students worldwide, offering a unique opportunity to experience boarding school life while fostering enriching intercultural exchanges. This initiative inspires students from diverse backgrounds, showcasing Eerde's exceptional education, world-class boarding services, and commitment to holistic well-being.

This September, we welcomed middle school students from Geosang, South Korea, followed by a group from Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. These visits allow students to immerse themselves in the Eerde experience, envisioning their educational journeys abroad—particularly in the Netherlands—while building meaningful global connections.

During their stay, visiting students engaged in a variety of activities designed to blend academics, culture, and community. Dutch cultural sessions led by Eerde students offered an interactive introduction to local traditions, while collaborative classes in sports and math encouraged camaraderie and teamwork.

Eerde students played a central role in managing key aspects of the visit, including hosting groups and overseeing social media marketing projects. These responsibilities provided valuable real-world experience, enhancing their leadership, teamwork, and project management skills.

A standout feature of the program was the opportunity for visiting and Eerde students to exchange ideas on global topics such as climate change. These discussions fostered a mutual understanding of global challenges and encouraged students to learn from one another’s perspectives.

Looking to the future, Eerde remains committed to welcoming schools from around the world. By offering these immersive experiences, we inspire students to pursue their aspirations of studying abroad while celebrating the vibrant Dutch culture. These visits not only strengthen international bonds but also highlight the enriching, inclusive, and supportive environment that denes life at Eerde.

Eerde International Boarding School continues to open its doors to schools worldwide, providing a unique opportunity for external students to experience boarding school life firsthand and for our own students to have an intercultural experience. This initiative aims to inspire students from diverse backgrounds by showcasing the exceptional education, top-tier boarding services, and holistic well-being offered within the Eerde community.

In September, Eerde welcomed middle school students from Geosang, South Korea. More recently, a group of middle school students from Bandung, West Java, Indonesia, visited to immerse themselves in the Eerde experience. These visits are designed to motivate students and help them envision their educational journey abroad, particularly in the Netherlands.

During these visits, Eerde offers engaging activities that blend academics, culture, and community. A Dutch cultural session led by Eerde students provides a fun and interactive way to learn about local traditions. Additionally, Eerde students take on signficant responsibilities by managing aspects of the visit, such as social media marketing projects and hosting the groups. This not only enhances their leadership skills but also provides real-world marketing and event management experience.

Visitors can participate in sports and math classes alongside Eerde students, fostering camaraderie and collaboration. A highlight of these visits is the exchange of ideas on global topics, such as climate change, allowing students from different countries to learn from one another's perspectives.

Eerde is committed to welcoming more schools in the future, continuing to inspire and motivate students to pursue their aspirations of studying abroad while experiencing the vibrant Dutch culture. Through these visits, Eerde aims to build bridges between students from around the world and offer a glimpse into the enriching and supportive environment that denes the Eerde community.
